For the first time, Certificates of Liability Insurance (COI) for most states will be conveniently available to clients electronically on My TotalSource®.
Accessible by state on the Workers Comp tab of My TotalSource, Certificates of Insurance can be found within the Policy Management section under Policy Information.
For the July 1, 2014 policy year, AON Risk Services, on behalf of ADP TotalSource®, will continue to mail COIs to client locations via US mail, unless specifically requested. In future policy years, paper distribution will be phased out.
Online requests for Workers’ Compensation Certificate of Liability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation Declaration page are still available on My TotalSource for clients interested in obtaining a COI containing special wording or listing a different certificate or in the event the PDF version is unavailable online.
